Mário Rui de Oliveira (n. 1973), nascido em Joane (Famalicão), foi ordenado sacerdote em 1997, em Braga. Estudou Teologia e Direito Canónico em Roma e aí vive e trabalha desde 2007 no Supremo Tribunal da Assinatura Apostólica, tendo sido nomeado em 2024 chefe da Chancelaria do mesmo. Reconhecido como poeta, com três livros de poesia editados na Assírio & Alvim, traduziu para português Tonino Guerra. É ainda o postulador da causa de beatificação de Frei Bernardo de Vasconcelos.
