Uma Breve História dos Tratores em Ucraniano (2005) é o marcante romance de estreia de Marina Lewiycka, autora de nacionalidade britânica e ascendência ucraniana, mas nascida num campo de refugiados em Kiel, na Alemanha, no pós-Segunda Guerra Mundial. Esta obra está traduzida para trinta e cinco idiomas e ganhou diversos prémios, entre os quais o Bollinger Everymen e o SAG Awards, além de indicada para o Man Booker Prize.
