Marina Garcés

Marina Garcés é filósofa, ensaísta e professora na Universidade Aberta da Catalunha, onde dirige o mestrado em Filosofia para os Desafios Contemporâneos e o grupo de investigação MUSSOL. Tem participado em diversos projetos coletivos de experimentação pedagógica, cultural e social e é uma das principais impulsionadoras do coletivo de pensamento crítico «Espai en Blanc». Publicou vários livros, dos quais destacamos Un mundo común (2012), Filosofía Inacabada (2015), Escuela de Aprendices (2020), O Tempo da Promessa (Orfeu Negro, 2025) e o presente ensaio, distinguido com o prémio Cidade de Barcelona 2017, na categoria Ensaio, Ciências Sociais e Humanidades. As suas obras têm sido traduzidas em várias línguas.
