Maria Palha
Maria Palha graduated in Psychology from ISPA in 2005 and specialized in Art Therapy and Theatre of the Oppressed at the Augusto Boal Center in Rio de Janeiro, and in Social Entrepreneurship at IES/INSEAD. Since 2006, she has traveled the world, designing and implementing mental and emotional health programs in humanitarian crisis contexts with health organizations and Doctors Without Borders in various countries, from Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Libya, Syria, Ukraine, Turkey, Sierra Leone, Colombia, and São Tomé and Príncipe. In 2016, she published her first book. An emotional first-aid kit and, in 2017, founded the Association Behuman, who produced the film Little humaneyesCurrently based in Portugal, it provides psychological support to adults, participates annually in humanitarian missions, and offers consulting services for entrepreneurship and social innovation projects to public or private entities. Emocionar – an emotional health kit for families This is his second book.
