Maria Manuel PIires Simões é Pós-Graduada em «Comunicação Integrada» (2011), pelo INP, Licenciada em «Gestão de Marketing» (2006), pelo IPAM e Bacharel em «Comunicação e Relações Públicas» (1996), pelo IPG. Iniciou a sua actividade profissional, como assistente de Marketing, na empresa Logistic Consult GmbH, em Stuttgart (Alemanha). Desempenha desde 1998 funções de coordenação de eventos desportivos. Actualmente é responsável pela Comunicação e Assessoria de Imprensa do Maratona Clube de Portugal. Consultora e Formadora em diversas áreas: Comunicação, Relações Públicas e Marketing Político.
