Foi diretora de RH da RIMA – Sistemas e Comunicações, diretora-geral e membro da comissão executiva da Iberconsult, partner da área de human capital da Deloitte e diretora de RH do Grupo EDP. É membro da comissão executiva da My Change, que fundou em 2006 com Pedro Norton de Matos, Teresa Fialho e o Laboratório de Formação. É certificada em coaching pela ICF (International Coach Federation) e em change management pela LaMarsh Global.
