Maria do Rosário Bernardo, PhD in Strategy, Programme and Project Management, pela Skema Business School de Lille, reconhecido pela Nova BSE. Licenciada em Matemática pela FC de Lisboa. Com mais de trinta anos como consultora e gestora de projetos em Sistemas de Informação, é professora convidada no Instituto Superior Técnico, Universidade de Lisboa, e na Information Management School, Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Fundadora da APOGEP (Associação Portuguesa de Gestão de Projetos). É certificada IPMA Level B – Senior Project Manager, avaliadora e auditora do sistema de certificação de gestores de projetos da IPMA (International Project Management Association), membro ISO TC 258 e coordenadora de um grupo de trabalho do organismo de normalização sectorial para a gestão de projetos.
