Margarida Carvalho holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Operations Research and a Master's degree in Operations Research from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon (FCUL). She is a PhD candidate in Statistics and Operations Research, specializing in Optimization, at FCUL. She is a member of the Operations Research Center at FCUL. She teaches at the Lisbon Higher Institute of Accounting and Administration, part of the Lisbon Polytechnic Institute.
