Manuel Ferreira

Manuel Ferreira nasceu em Ponta Delgada, em 1916.
Jornalista, ficcionista, biógrafo, historiador.
Foi chefe dos Serviços Municipalizados de Abastecimento de Água de Ponta Delgada e chefe de redação do jornal Correio dos Açores.
Publicou o seu primeiro livro, O Barco e o Sonho, em 1979, pela editora Publiçor, depois adaptado a série televisiva pela RTP/Açores.
Autor de 36 livros.
Faleceu em 2012.
