Manuel da Costa

Manuel da Costa, nasceu em 1965 na tabanca de Santa-Clara, Sul da Guiné-Bissau.
É engenheiro agrónomo e mecânico da electricidade e instrumentos de aviões. Em Janeiro de 2004 foi promovido a Capitão e nomeado Chefe de Repartição Agrícola da Divisão de Serviços de Produção do Estado-maior General das Forças Armadas.
