Maggie João is an Executive and Life Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Institute and the Executive Coaching Academy. Currently, Maggie is responsible for the International Coaching Institute in Portugal.

Holding a degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from IST and a master's degree in Production Management from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden, Maggie led a successful career spanning over a decade in prestigious companies in the global automotive, food, and service sectors, before dedicating herself exclusively to the field of Coaching.

Having lived in 12 countries and practiced coaching in more than 10 countries gives him a broad cultural experience and a wide-ranging perspective on coaching worldwide.

His coaching practice is based on the following principles:
People have the answers within themselves;
- Everyone can make things happen;
Positive thinking and optimism;
Reflection and action are key elements.
