Nasceu em 1984, em Lisboa.
Fez, sem muito empenho, uma licenciatura em filosofia, e depois uma outra em arquitetura paisagista. Trabalha em Edimburgo, Escócia, na área do design de jardins.

Editou na Companhia das Ilhas o seu primeiro livro de poesia: O Fardo do Homem Branco, em 2103. Publica o blogue Les Cahiers de la Mariée.
