Licenciada em Psicologia pela Universidade Complutense de Madrid e mestre em Direção de Recursos Humanos e em Psicologia Pedagógica, e especialista e Coaching Executivo. Foi considerada como uma das TOP 100 Mulheres Líderes em Espanha em 2012. É diretora do Centro de Psicologia Álava Reyes, onde trabalham mais de 30 profissionais na área de Psicologia e Medicina, e sócia-diretora da empresa Apertia-Consulting. Colabora habitualmente com diversos meios de comunicação – imprensa rádio e televisão – e é autora de diversos livros como A Inutilidade do Sofrimento, A Arte de Arruinar a Sua Própria Vida, Nem as Mulheres são tão Complicadas nem os Homens tão Simples, Trabalhar sem Sofrer, Recuperar a Ilusão, todos publicados pela Esfera dos Livros.
