Lydia Davis (1947) é uma escritora e tradutora norte-americana, autora de vários livros de contos e ensaios. Recebeu o Man Booker International Prize em 2013 e traduziu obras de Flaubert e Proust. Colaborou com diversas revistas literárias e ensinou escrita criativa nos Estados Unidos, sendo hoje uma referência central da literatura contemporânea.
