Luísa Neto

Luísa Neto é licenciada pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa e doutorada pela Universidade do Porto (com a dissertação subordinada ao tema "O direito à disposição sobre o próprio corpo - a relevância da vontade na configuração do regime", publicada sob a chancela da Coimbra Editora em 2004). Professora da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto, colabora com outras instituições científicas e universitárias, exercendo ainda atividade de jurisconsulto em matérias de Direito Público e Medicina Legal.
