Luís Francisco nasceu em 1964 e é jornalista desde os vinte anos. Passou pelo Expresso, RTP, Público, Sexta, TVI, Revista de Vinhos e Grandes Escolhas, para além de outras colaborações pontuais. Atualmente, é comentador no Canal 11 e jornalista freelancer. Estreou-se na ficção em 2012 com o romance A Vida Passou Por Aqui (Oficina do Livro); em 2013 colaborou com João Garcia na escrita de 14 – Uma Vida nos Tectos do Mundo (Lua de Papel) e publicou Vidas por Um Fio (Oficina do Livro) em 2021. É licenciado em Comunicação Social pela Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
