Luís Eloy Azevedo

Exerceu funções, como Delegado do Procurador da República, nas comarcas de Coruche (1989-1990), Barreiro (1990) e Lisboa (DIAP, Cível e Criminais 1990-1999) e, como Procurador da República, em Oeiras (2005-2019) e em Lisboa (2020). Tomou posse como Procurador-Geral Adjunto em 4 de maio de 2021, passando, nessa data, a exercer funções junto do Tribunal da Relação de Coimbra. Foi Docente do Centro de Estudos Judiciários (CEJ) entre 15-9-99 e 15-9-2005 e Diretor-adjunto do CEJ entre 21 de fevereiro de 2011 e 03 de outubro do mesmo ano. Desde 05.09.2023 exerce, como representante da Sr.ª Procuradora-Geral da República, funções no Tribunal Constitucional.
