Em 1997 publicou o seu primeiro livro, Porra para o Teatro!(Campo das Letras). Com Pelo Lado do Invisível, foi finalista do Prémio Eixo Atlântico de Narrativa Galega Portuguesa Carlos Blanco 2000. É jornalista no Jornal de Notícias.
