Liv Strömquist, uma das mais respeitadas e irreverentes cartunistas da atualidade, nasceu em Lund e vive em Malmo, na Suécia. Licenciada em Ciência Política, é autora de vários podcasts, nos quais explora temas de importância social e cívica, quase sempre numa perspetiva satírica.
Hundred Percent Fat (2005) foi o seu primeiro sucesso em livro, ao qual se seguiram os também destacados Operation (2007), Einstein's Wife (2008), Prince Charles' Feelings (2010), Yes to Life (2011), Rise & Fall (2016), O Fruto Proibido (2021) e Não Sinto Nada.
