Leopoldo Abadía é doutorado em engenharia industrial, ITP Harvard Business School e foi professor no Instituto de Estudos Superiores da Empresa (IESE) durante trinta e um anos. É pai de doze filhos e avô de trinta e oito netos, e garante que não percebe nada de economia.
