Kenneth Maxwell

Kenneth Maxwell é "Senior Fellow" no «Council on Foreign Relations» de Nova Iorque. Foi o fundador do Centro de Estudos Camonianos na Universidade de Columbia nos EUA e do Programa de Estudos sobre o Brasil na Universidade de Harvard, no Centro David Rockefeller de Estudos Latino Americanos.
Autor de inúmeras publicações de pendor historicista, muitas tendo como tema Portugal e a sua política, frequentou o St. John's College, Cambridge e a Universidade de Princeton, onde foi membro do Instituto de Estudos Avançados. Maxwell é também membro honorário do «Romance Institute» da Universidade de Londres.
Escreve regularmente para a New York Review of Books e no jornal Folha de São Paulo.
