Júlia Pinheiro é profissional de comunicação há trinta anos. Apresenta diariamente Queridas Manhãs na SIC, estação onde também exerce o cargo de directora de Conteúdos. Apresentou inúmeros programas nos três canais de televisão generalistas portugueses. É Publisher da revista Activa. Licenciou-se em Línguas e Literaturas Modernas pela Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Tem uma pós-graduação em Comunicação Social pela Universidade Católica de Lisboa.
É casada, mãe de três filhos e avó.
