Jules Renard
Jules Renard, a French writer, was born in 1864 and died in 1910. He wrote poems, short stories, novels and plays. He was a member of the Goncourt Academy. Poil de Carotte (1894) and Natural Histories (1896) are his most celebrated and appreciated works.
