Juan del Val

Juan del Val (Madrid, 1970) worked in construction, in newspapers, magazines, radio and television. Director, producer, screenwriter and presenter, he began his professional career at Radio Nacional de España in 1992 and since then he has worked at TVE, Antena 3, Telecinco, Canal 9, Onda Cero and Melodía FM. He is currently a screenwriter and contributor to the program El Hormiguero. Delparaíso is his fifth novel, after Para Ana de tu muerto, Lo inevitable del amor, Parece mentira and Candela, with which he received the Primavera Prize for Novela in 2019.
