Viveu em Barcelona, Madrid, Roma, Londres e Sevilha. Embora sejam vários os títulos na sua bibliografia, o autor diz que, na verdade, apenas escrever um livro de poemas - dividido em três volumes e um ensaios - dividido em quatro volumes - e um livro de contos - distribuídos por cinco volumes. É colunista e repórter do jornal "El Mundo", e diretor da revista "Zut". Em 2003 ganhou o "Prêmio Biblioteca Breve".
