Josep Maria Esquirol

Professor de Filosofia na Universidade de Barcelona, onde também dirige «Aporia», um grupo de investigação sobre filosofia, ética e política contemporâneas, temas aos quais tem dedicado várias publicações. Entre elas, A Resistência Íntima - Ensaio sobre uma filosofia de proximidade, vencedor em Espanha do Prestigiado Prémio Nacional de Não-Ficção. Foi publicado em Portugal por Edições 70. Esquirol continua a desenvolver a sua própria «filosofia da proximidade» uma visão profunda e poética (e radicalmente criativa) da condição Humana.
