José Martins Nunes

Médico, nasceu em Faro. No início da sua carreira integrou o Serviço Médico à Periferia. Foi Secretário de Estado da Saúde entre 1991 e 1993; Diretor do Serviço de Anestesiologia dos Hospitais da Universidade de Coimbra (2005-2011); Presidente do Conselho de Administração do Centro Hospitalar e Universitário de Coimbra (2011-2017); Presidente da Direção Executiva do Centro Académico e Clínico de Coimbra — CHUC/UC (2016-2017); e Alto-Comissário para a Saúde Global (2018-2019).
