José Manuel Lopes Nunes Tierno da Silva

José Manuel Lopes Nunes Tierno da Silva nasceu em Elvas a 25 de dezembro de 1949, tem vivido quase toda a sua vida em Lisboa onde se licenciou em Economia em 1974, no ISCEF, atual ISEG.
Trabalhou no Ministério da Agricultura, no IAPMEI e em diversas Empresas Privadas.
Após ter-se reformado, ingressou no Mestrado em Relações Internacionais, na UAL, do qual não apresentou a Dissertação.
