Formado pela Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril, o chef José Alexandre tem um vasto currículo na área da formação e do aperfeiçoamento de cozinha, o que faz dele um dos mais requisitados chefs como monitor e formador, tanto em Portugal como no estrangeiro. É presença habitual na televisão, nomeadamente no Porto Canal, onde tem um programa diário.
