Jorge Reis Lima

Jorge Manuel Fernandes Reis Lima, professor, director do Departamento de Informática da Universidade Portucalense, obteve uma licenciatura na Faculdade de Engenharia (U.P.) em 1968, e um mestrado e doutoramento em 1973 e 1977 no UMIST (Manchester, U.K.). Também ensinou e colaborou com várias outras instituições de ensino superior. É autor de vários livros e artigos em informática, membro da AAAS, API, IEEE, ACM, AAAI, APSI, APDSI e outras sociedades técnicas e científicas nacionais e internacionais. É consultor em projectos informáticos de organizações, empresas e comunidade europeia e Ministério da Saúde. Pertence à comissão de avaliação das licenciaturas de Informática de Gestão portuguesas.
