Jorge Belchior Laires

Licenciado em Direito e obteve a licença de advogado, tendo-se especializado em matérias de direito fiscal, em particular na área das empresas e instituições financeiras. É consultor fiscal desde 1997, integrando desde 2002 o departamento fiscal da PwC. É coautor do livro Código do Imposto do Selo, Anotado e Comentado, a primeira obra publicada após a reforma do imposto em 2000. É formador em diversos cursos sobre fiscalidade, em Portugal e Cabo Verde. Árbitro em matéria tributária do Centro de Arbitragem Administrativa (CAAD).
