John Lanzafame

John Lanzafame foi chefe de cozinha no Hugo’s Lounge e do Hugo’s Bar Pizza em Sidney e proprietário do altamente conceituado Lanzafame nos arredores de Sidney em Inner West. É um apaixonado da gastronomia regional italiana e é conhecido no meio, pelas suas ideias simples e pela perfeição "no prato". É o actual Campeão Mundial de Pizzas e representou a Austrália nas Olimpíadas da Culinária em 2008 na Alemanha. Também participou no programa de televisão: "Ready Steady Cook".
