John Dolan é atualmente um artista britânico muito reconhecido pela crítica e pelo meio artístico londrino. Vive e trabalha em Shoreditch, na zona este de Londres. Nos últimos três anos passou grande parte do tempo a desenhar na rua, na companhia do seu grande amigo George. Os direitos da sua autobiografia, John e George – O cão que mudou a minha vida, foram vendidos para vários países, entre os quais Espanha, Alemanha, Rússia, China, Brasil, Estados Unidos. Este livro tornou-se um bestseller do Sunday Times.
