Johann Hari
John Hari was born in Glasgow, Scotland, and is a British journalist and researcher. His books have been translated into more than forty languages and have been praised by a range of personalities, from Oprah Winfrey to Noam Chomsky, from Elton John to Naomi Klein.
Hari has twice won the Journalist of the Year award, given by Amnesty International UK. TED Talk "Everything you think you know about addiction is wrong" It has already been viewed more than twenty million times.
Out of Focus — another of his books, published in Portugal by Talento — was chosen as book of the year by the publications Financial Times, Post from New York and The Spectator, having won several awards, including Most Important Book of the Year at Prizes for unconventional books and the Best Book of the Year award at Porchlight Business Book Awards.
