Joe Biden é o candidato democrata às eleições presidenciais dos Estados Unidos tendo representado o Estado de Delaware 36 anos no Senado dos EUA antes de se tornar vice-presidente de Barack Obama. Durante esses anos, Joe Biden tratou de importantes questões internas e geriu inúmeros conflitos internacionais. Depois de deixar a Casa Branca, Biden criou a Fundação Biden, o Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement na Universidade da Pensilvânia e o Biden Domestic Policy Institute na Universidade de Delaware.
