João Luis Honório Matias

João Matias obtained a degree in Mathematics from the University of Coimbra (1990), a master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Minho (1996), and subsequently a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (2003). He is an integrated member of the Research Centre (CMAT) at the University of Minho and currently teaches in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, where he teaches several curricular units in Engineering and Mathematics and Data Science courses.
