João Ferreira (1973) vive em Lisboa. Licenciado em Design de Equipamento pela Faculdade de Belas-Artes e Mestre em Estudos de Teatro pela Faculdade de Letras. Formação como ator no IFICT. Diretor Artístico do Queer Lisboa, desde 2004. Assistente Convidado do Curso de Estudos Artísticos da Universidade de Coimbra entre 2006 e 2015. É autor de diversos artigos na área dos Estudos Queer, de Cinema e de Performance, e de comunicações em Portugal, Espanha, Itália, Alemanha e Brasil.
