Jerónimo de Franchi Conestaggio

Jerónimo de Franchi Conestaggio (faleceu em 1635), também conhecido por Gerolamo Conestaggio de' Franchi, Hieronymus Conestagio ou Jerónimo Conestágio, foi um clérigo, diplomata e historiador genovês.
Escreveu a obra Dell’ Unione del regno di Portogallo alla corona di Castiglia, publicado em Génova no ano de 1585.
Esta obra foi traduzida em diversas línguas, incluindo o francês, o latim e o castelhano, sendo importante para a formação da opinião coeva sobre a legitimidade de D. António I de Portugal.
