Jaume Soler é formado em Psicologia. Tem mais de 30 anos de experiência como especialista e consultor em recursos humanos. É fundador e director, desde 1996, da Fundació ÁMBIT, Instituto para o Crescimento Pessoal de Barcelona, uma organização sem fins lucrativos destinada a proporcionar formação, assessorial e recursos para o desenvolvimento pessoal na linha da Psicologia Humanista. A fundação organiza seminários, conferências e workshops relacionados com o autoconhecimento, a ecologia e a comunicação interpessoal.
