James Mcgrath

James McGrath formou-se em contabilidade há mais de 30 anos e trabalhou na indústria, no governo local, em consultoria de gestão e no ensino superior, como contabilista, auditor financeiro, consultor e director de curso. É co-autor, com Anthony Coles, de três livros anteriores: "Your Education Research Project Companion", "Your Teacher Training Handbook" e "Your Education Leadership Handbook". Em 2012, McGrath reformou-se para se dedicar à escrita a tempo inteiro. Está actualmente a trabalhar na continuação de "O Pequeno Livro das Grandes Teorias de Gestão" e está ansioso por passar mais tempo a seguir o seu clube de futebol, o West Bromwich Albion. McGrath é membro da Association of Chartered Certified Accountants e da Higher Education Academy, tem um bacharelato em Política e um doutoramento em Educação, pela Universidade de Birmingham.
