J. R. Saramago

Born in Lisbon, publishes his first book. "From Leaf to Root" in June 2021, in May 2023 "Certainly" and "With Senses" and in September the "Chronos's Evil"Lacking a university education, he considers himself self-taught, a humanist, and idiosyncratic, attentive to all the realities that surround him. Due to his characteristic sensitivity, he expresses his anxieties and/or passions through words, always in an extreme way. Being eclectic in his poetic influences, his preferences range from the classics, necessarily including Neruda, Saramago, Maria Teresa Horta, Carlos Drummond de Andrade, António Gedeão, Pedro Barroso, among many, many others.
