JP Delaney, pseudónimo de um escritor de ficção de sucesso e diretor criativo numa das maiores agências de publicidade do Reino Unido, estreou-se no thriller psicológico com o bestseller internacional A Rapariga de Antes. Foi publicado em mais de 30 países, tendo alcançado grande sucesso em todos eles. O filme baseado nesse romance será levado ao grande ecrã pelo realizador Ron Howard (Apollo 13, Uma mente brilhante, O código Da Vinci,…). Acredita em Mim, o segundo thriller deste autor, alcançou os primeiros lugares nas listas de mais vendidos nos Estados Unidos e Inglaterra, os primeiros países onde o livro foi publicado.
