Isabel Galriça Neto é médica desde 1985. Dedica-se aos Cuidados Paliativos (CP) há mais de 25 anos. Foi presidente da Associação Portuguesa de CP. É diretora da Unidade de CP do Hospital da Luz-Lisboa, docente da Faculdade de Medicina de Lisboa e da Universidade Católica. Preside à Competência de Medicina Paliativa da Ordem dos Médicos. Assume que tem sido um privilégio trabalhar nesta área e já cuidou de mais de seis mil doentes e respetivas famílias. Foi deputada à Assembleia da República durante dez anos. É comendadora da Ordem do Mérito desde 2004.
