Isabel Fernandes Pinto nasceu no Porto, em 1980. É licenciada em Estudos Teatrais pela ESMAE-IPP, tendo complementado a sua formação de atriz no Laboratoire de Recherches Théâtrales, sediado em Estrasburgo. É também licenciada em Arquitetura pela FAUP, tendo colaborado em gabinetes nacionais e franceses. É atriz, contadora de histórias e autora de contos e textos para teatro. Em 2005 criou o projeto Faunas – teatro portátil dirigido a jovens – onde escreve, encena e interpreta, que tem levado a várias escolas, bibliotecas e auditórios.
