Irmãos Grimm

Jacob Grimm and Wilhelm Grimm were born in Hanau, Germany, in the late eighteenth century.
Both studied law, like their father, but soon became interested in literature. They then dedicated themselves to History and Linguistics. The collection of Germanic folktales, which made them known, was published between 1811 and 1812.
Wilhelm Grimm died on December 16, 1859. Jacob Grimm continued to work on their work until he died on September 20, 1863.
