Inês Benedita
Inês Benedita is the pseudonym of Margarida Cruz, born in July 1972 in Lisbon.
She graduated in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of Lisbon in 1995 and has been a Rheumatologist since 2003.
He founded the Rheumatology Unit at Faro Hospital in 2003 and later directed the Rheumatology Service at Caldas da Rainha Hospital between 2005 and 2011.
Since then, he has practiced medicine as a self-employed professional and volunteer, also dedicating himself to clinical research.
She currently lives in Caldas da Rainha with her husband and three children.
He published his first two books of poetry in 2016, with the titles Trilogy of Days, Revelation Poetry Prize from the Portuguese Society of Medical Writers and Artists in 2004 and The Shadow of the Absent Linden Tree.
He published his third book of poetry in 2018, titled Mirror, mirror on the wall, where did I leave my hat? .
