Ikujiro Nonaka

Ikujiro Nonaka is the author of Knowledge Creation in the Company (Editora Campus), which made the business world aware of the power of knowledge creation. He has been considered one of six founding contributors (pioneers) of the company's new knowledge-based vision – alongside his co-author Georg von Krogh. He is a professor at the School of International Corporate Strategy, Hitotsubashi University, and Xerox professor emeritus in knowledge management, at the Hass School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
