Iara Rodrigues é Diretora Clínica do Departamento de Nutrição da Clínica White.

Licenciou-se em Ciências da Nutrição pela Faculdade de Ciências da Nutrição e Alimentação da Universidade do Porto em 2008. Fez um curso de Especialização Técnica em Biorresonância e Nutrição Ortomolecular, pela fundação Universitária Ibero-Americana. Atualmente a realizar a tese de Mestrado A composição corporal em doentes com disfunção tiroideia. Estagiou no Hospital de Santa Maria e, desde 2009, exerce funções como Médica Nutricionista em variadas clínicas e instituições. Está na Clínica White desde janeiro de 2011. Desempenha funções na área clínica - Dietoterapia Patológica e Clínica.
