Chairman of the board and chief strategist of Deitel & Associates, Inc. He has over 50 years of experience in the field of computing. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from MIT and a doctorate in mathematics from Boston University. He has extensive experience in higher education, having served as a professor and head of the Computer Science Department at Boston College.
