Nascida em 1984, Hannah Lynn cresceu em Cotswolds, Reino Unido. Foi professora de Física durante quinze anos, primeiro no seu país e depois na Tailândia, Malásia, Áustria e Jordânia. Publicou o seu primeiro livro em 2015, mas foi com o segundo romance, The Afterlife of Walter Augustus, que ganhou o Prémio Kindle Storyteller, em 2018, e a Independent Publishers Gold Medal para Melhor Ebook Adulto. O Segredo da Medusa, primeiro título da autora publicado em Portugal, recebeu a Medalha de Ouro nos Independent Publishers Awards. Hannah Lynn mora com o marido, com a filha e os gatos no Reino Unido.
